Sophie Taylor and her team use methods and approaches often associated with big consultancy firms or universities. You benefit from time-tested approaches and deep subject matter expertise. We have delivered hundreds of workshops of all types and use an advanced moderation technique rooted in visualisation. Our 4-step workshop design process ensures you experience a high-quality solution that is both impactful and meaningful.

Share with us your hopes and aspirations for your next workshop using our Workshop Design Form We'll interpret your situation and arrange to meet virtually to share ideas.
2.
You will receive a workshop outline detailing high-level design themes and content. We will provide costs and requirements to deliver a workshop designed to move your team forward.
3.
Upon receiving your agreement. We commit to designing and preparing your workshop, and if required attending your venue. You will have sight of the final agenda and materials.
4.
Your team attend, participate and enjoy an engaging and immersive day working with colleagues on your business. We capture photos, send you the output and arrange a follow-up call.
